How does a company in the UK become listed on the LSE (London Stock Exchange)?

I would like to find out how a private limited company in the UK can get listed in the AIM (Alternative Investment Market) or the FTSE 500. How much money or assets does a company need to have to be ready to float on the stock market either on the FTSE or AIM?

Go to the London Stock Exchage Website and find out the qualifications needed. It's that easy.
