Can I get a personal loan from a different country?

Does anyone know of investors or lenders or angels outside of US, that will approve a personal loans.

I'm flipping a house, and my credit rating is fair, but there's profit to be made. (13%) in 4-6 months
Im having a hard time finding funding in U.S.

Most "international" lenders are going to charge you too much for a 13% profit to make it worthwhile. That amount represents 26% APR, however, so you could probably get a credit card at less, and use that.

But if you think about it, in the current US financial environment, if you cannot find a lender, that probably says more about your credit-worthiness than you are ready to admit (even to yourself!).
