Does anyone know how I can file a complaint to Victoria's Secret?

This is the epitome of pissing someone off. I recently went to Victoria's Secret. I go there many times and I have always made comments that the women who work there are pushy and they ask you 100 questions within 10 seconds. Yesterday, a saleswoman asked if I wanted an Angels card. I said "No thanks" in the nicest way possible. She then INSISTS that she run a credit check that would see if I were approved for a credit card. I told the ***** to go ahead and do it just to get it over with. Little did I know that she signed me up for a card and told me it would be sent to my house! I AM SO PISSED OFF! I really need your answers! Thanks!

Try contacting their customer service (see below) to both complain about the store's tactics and cancel the card. Follow up in writing to make it formal.

New York and Company did the very same thing to me. I called for the manger and told her I did not want the card and to cancell my application immediately. I wasn't interested in any store card that charges high interest - and they ALL DO.

If you get the card in the mail, call the number on the back for customer service and cancell it.

Macy's does that too......... and it is totally irritating, that's why I try not to shop there as often as I used to.

I understand your anger. Sales people are trained to be pushy like that and are rewarded by the company for it when people agree to the credit check.

Unfortunately since you agreed to the credit check by providing information you did sign yourself up for the card. My advice would be watch your mail and cancel the card asap. Also, did she give you a temp card? if so you may be able to cancel the credit line before the real card even arrives.

When these salespeople INSIST, be firm ( even if that means not being nice) with them and tell them NO you're not interested or say you already have one if you don't want to give them a flat out NO!
