Started office and light industrial staffing 2 months ago, I made over 2000 cold calls still no clients. help

My staffing is specialized in Office and Light industrial. I have sent Emails, drop flyers, and made over 2000 phone calls to companies. Still no contract or promess of contract. Is there anything else I can do to break this cycle. Because I don't want to give up. But all my money that I invested in the business is gone and if I don't get a contract soon, I will have to close my location. Please let me know if someone can help me with either networking or angel investor in Dallas. Thank you
