Can anyone offer funding advice for an animation studio? |
We have a well-established studio with multiple contracts for production; we just lack angel investors to help us in funding the $200k for work and personnel. Can anyone provide some ideas? We're desperate to get off the ground in time for Christmas. Thanks! First, try a bridge-loan with the bank. They know that you have funding, so anything that gets you to the initial production/revenue phase they will invest into. The limit is that they will also be the primary lender and want their funds back before everything else. Second, try getting another studio to cross-support the project; it means sharing the profits but it will get the process rolling. Well a few things.. Do you have a buisness plan? |
