Filing tax for a startup?

Mates,

I moved from UK few months ago to start a start up. Do I have to file tax even when I don't have any revenues yet? Though I have raised money through angel investment but I don't have any employers here in US.

Any advice on, do I still have to file tax?

i don't think u need to file taxes...but you could have claimed your moving expenses from UK to USA as deductible this year. since u will be filing your taxes next year you cant claim these deductions than time since u spend all these bucks in 2007 tax year.

You don't have to pay the $800 the first year. If your not going to make money in 2 years then you are probably just wasting your time forming the company and it will be a hassle to do filing...
