How do I find a corporation I have bought stock in that isn't returning calls?

A certain business developing text translation software incorporated in California and I bought $15,000 in shares. Early "angel" investor. Another person I am connected with invested $50,000. We became suspicious of the credibility of the company but it continued to promise a major development which continually did not happen. Later it moved from CA to Reno, Nv and now is in either Va of Fl. Web site email link isn't getting me response and phone calls not answered. President is known to some. Name is Sam Habib.
Any suggestions to see if there is an ongoing company and corporation and that it is not taking from others who may be scammed or worse?

try the BBB or FTC, heck maybe even the FBI if they might have commited fraud on a large scale.

I know Sam and talk to him quite often, I do have questions about his stock that he plans to sell along with some other issues.

Did you by from a licensed stock broker? If not with those kind of dollar figures, it was a grave mistake. Chances are you got screwed and bought habib new wheels for his Lexus.

first thing Monday morning call your ATTORNEY GENERALS office and start asking how to lodge a complaint.
the person you talk to should most likely tell you that you may need to come in to the office and give a statement...or they may send someone to you.. ?? but most likely you will have to go to them..
you really need to do this now before any more time goes by..the sooner you do t his the better chance they have in getting your money back!

just down the road from where you work...there is a bar on the corner...go down the alley, at the third trash can on the left there is a guy sleeping...[he is the CEO]...kick his foot [because the foot is the only area of the body you cannot return an assult, that is why the cavemen taught dogs to sleep there], tell him who you are looking for [the CFO], and he will gladly show you which trash can to go to, then he can go back to sleep.
The moral of the story my dear is that if it sounds too good to be true...it probably...no...definitely is too good to be true

All the corporations are registered with the states. Try to google the corporation search " state name ".

For example in Fl. it is sunbiz.org that will find all corp. registered in FL with all the information.
