Bullying Manager, is there a way to teach him a lesson?

Do manager(which ever level) has the right to intentionally embrass his staff not once but repeatly on purpose in front of his colleagues. He threatens and challenges the staff to leave the workplace if one is not happy working.


I love my job but not the manager's bullying attitude. The higher management favors him like angel because he is able to put up a show and bring in lots of revenue to increase the bottomline.

Most of us tolerated him and suffers in silent because he is someone of higher status and tongue twister.


Do I have to continue to suffer, is there any reference as how I can take action against him. My senior managment belives in him and is very cool to me thinking I am the troublemakers, How do I verify to clear my names, I does not speak well meaning I am poor in getting my message across to the big boss.

After the incident, my colleagues despied me.

if this is a big company then they have rules and regulations that they adhere to: I would speak or talk with HR (human resources dept.) and complain the things happening and say that you have been hurt and threatened etc. hopefully HR will protect you. also call the city and complain about what is happening there at your company, the more you expose this the better, just be ready for the backlash but don't be afraid because if they fire you, you have a ligitimate case to sue the company and the people who cause you grief. best wishes.

Sure there is a way to teach him a lesson. In fact, there is more than 1 way....Hahaha(evil laugh)

How does he embarrass you?
e.g. If he crticised your standard of work, then you jolly well him him trash output in future. That's what he wants, isn't it? So what if he is manager? All managers are actually dependent on subordinates. So, if he wants good results, warn him to watch his attitude in future or else, do it himself!!
