I need a U.S. private party individual Lender!!!!? |
I am in desperate need of a u.s. lender, no out of country lender. My family has had a past bad luck with a loss of income and medical probelms. We are now stable and have a dependable longterm income and are in need of a "Loan Angel". We have 3 boys including a newborn....and are trying to get a 2nd chance on life again. We are at risk of loosing our family home...and I will not loos it. It is all I have for my family. I tried prosper.com but living in Colorado had draw backs. I need to find an individual person with funds and who wants to make a "nice: interest on thier money. We would follow terms and guarantee monthly automatic payments (300.00??). This would be a promise and guarentee because I don't want to loose my home. I do not want to work with someone who is just trying to get my house...I get enough of them already....I just want a loan angel to help us and to help them make money also. Thanks for reading.
