Where does one find Investors and/or Angels?

A small independent coffee co. is looking for an investor or angel. Growth potential is wonderful, capital is the issue.

Angel investors generally provide seed financing where all you have is a business idea. Venture capitalists on the other hand generally do not provide seed financing but comes in only when your business has already demonstrated profitability.

You may want to go and pitch your ideas where investors gather. Here are some places where angel investors come and those looking for funding can come and pitch their business plans. Be sure to have a strong business plan and describe what makes your business idea stand apart:
