I am a small business owner in Arizona and I am looking for an Angel or some grant money, does anyone know of?

I had an organization garantee that they could get me anywhere from $150K - $175K, but they want to charge me $6K for their services (taken out of the money they aquire for me). They write the letters to these investment groups and secure the grant money, but I am hoping to save the $6K and do it myself. Does anyone know where I would start or what website to visit? Thanks for your help!

How much are you asking for? And do you know anyone who can be the angel investor? If this firm gauratee you the money, then take it. Get your company into the door first, pay the $6K is better than ask "angles - friends & families" and not able to pay them back. You burn your relationships with the people you love. You can cut other expenses to cover up the $6K.
You need to do research on investment companies, and you need preopare business proposal and sales projection etc.. then you need to start sending out the materials to all these firms..... and you might hear 1 or 2% contact you back, and you are ablet o travel to do a pitch, then you will wait to hear from them.
