Does anyone know a investor or angel investor for a fun center?

i cant give out to much but i can say this it will be state of the art and include karts,lasertag,soft play,arcade etc

Well, first of all... soliciting investors over the internet like this is a securities law violation.

Secondly, if you are serious about attracting investors, you need to educate yourself and prepare a business plan, or else no one with money will ever take you seriously. Go to your local office of the United States Small Business Administration (SBA) and start attending their free classes and using their reference library to learn how to do this properly. And good luck.

Which doesn't change anything... you are still illegally soliciting. Get to the SBA and they will help you learn how to do this properly. Report It
