For angel investors you need to try heaven. www.heaven.com

Angel investors usually invest in people they know. If you currently don't know anyone, begin networking as much as possible and try to attend any trade meetings for your business. They usually want to be close to their investment and provide a specified range of funding in a particular industry. You should begin filtering potential investors with these criteria. "Dumb" money is ok if you already have lots of contacts and experience starting companies. Otherwise an angel that has been through the startup phase and has lots of contacts in your field can prove invaluable.

Groups of angels are similar in the sense that you typically need to know someone involved to get investment from the group. As an alternative, you can try gobignetwork.com. They have thousands of investors and you may be able to find one that fits your needs.
