Best and safest placest to find angel investors?

Where is the best places to find angel investors? How can I make sure none of them take my idea and run with it on their own? I worry about that a lot!

It is an ebusiness - compete with www.asiaxpat.com. About $85000

It is very difficult to answer and needs to be handled in case by case basis. usually you can go with confidence with big players like Kleiner perkins... but in the end you will talking to a person .
Another way to deal with this is that you dont present your full idea in initial meeting / or in paper, keep it wrapped with something else and only when you have a feeling that it is going in right direction you can open it. This has been used successfuly by some people in tha past.

BTW , How much you are looking at ? and is it e-business ?
