You don't give many details, but if it involves winning something, and it came through by email, its almost 100% guarenteed to be a scam!

(Did have a hunt around and Angel Services UK promotions doesn't seem to exist, further backing up that this is probably a scam)

You have fallen for an Identity Scam. If you gave any account or credit card details you need to contact your bank ASAP to cancel the accounts & reissue while you still have money left.
You also need to check your statements & credit record and despute any you do not recognise.
Report it to FBI and the Office of Fair Trading - www.oft.gov.uk/consumer/scams.
Under UK lottery the ticket holder must check the numbers for that week's draw and claim (small prizes at the shop were you purchesed the ticket) larger prizes by Royal Mail recorded delivery to lottery office. You can join a lottery syndicate to improve your chances and remove hassle of checking tickets and claiming your winning cheque (correct English spelling). No genuine prize will ever ask for payment to release prize.
