I believe the inflation will be get to high single digit in 2007 and will peak around 12-13 % in 2010 and slow down in 2011. We could see regular unleaded gasoline at average of $3.60 in 2007 and $ 4.90 in 2009, $ 6.10 in 2010. Most US corporations and the govt will be hit severely and stock market will tumble so will the emerging markets like India and China. These will stay depressed till 2011.
