How to get my buiosness back in good standing with the BBB?

Hi i am wondering how can i get my business back in good standing with the Better Business Bureau? I am not in debt or anything its just when u look up my business with the better business bureau it says not in good standing...my business is an LLC and i left it alone for a while and now I am ready to pick it back up and I am wondering how can i get it back in good standing?? can someone help me or give me some tips thanks!

Well first you should find out why you are not in good standing. It probably means someone filed a complaint against you and then you were non-responsive when they tried to contact you regarding the incident. Such an event would reflect very badly upon your business and honestly shows that you are not dedicated to your customers. A business that goes away for a while and then comes back? Precisely the type of business that the BBB was designed to defend against. Good luck but I think you need to start over from scratch and have more focus this time.

Usually doesn't this mean your customers had major problems with you?
