Should I file an ammended return? |
The unexpected W-2 was for only $309. The employer changed payroll companies very early in the year so my husband received two for this job. I did the math. There is NO difference. The IRS has mostlikely recieved a copy of this $309 W-2. yes you should amend and add the additional W2.... without knowing your full situation it could change your return... I wouldnt worry unless the IRS catches it. If they do then you can file an ammended return |
