Is it worth to start a new life in Australia? New direction..New hope..?

I am a 33 yrs old m'sian guy and I really want to start a new life. My marriage broke in less than 15mths and I hv a kid (7mths old) taken care by my parents. I sank in business and i am in huge debt with banks,friends and relatives. After 3yrs of successful business venture, last yrs was disasterous as my projects sank and so did my company. My credibility is soo shitty tht I can back for any assistance. To start back in business or proper job, the debt consolidation is jst too big. I hv a degree in Computing, and 10yrs working experience. No one is there for me already. I feel tht going to a new place would help me gain my confidence and place me on my feet. But I dont knw anything about living in Australia and I heard Melbourne is a cool place 2 live in & there r a lot of asian ppl to mix around. I dont knw how am i going to raise the money to even go a look for a job there.I need some assistance on the easist path 2 enter into aust & get a job.Migration would be my aim eventually

I dont think you can just rock up and migrate.. its not that easy..

talk to a migration lawyer and get advice.. many asians come in the back door.. they come to study then try get a job.. and a work visa for two years then a more permanent visa if a company sponsors you.. marriage no longer gives you the automatic right either.. you cant marry an aussie ot become a citizen any more.. they'll just send you back without your wife and kids..

australia is not a country to just migrate too.. its in very high demand and only the very rich globally are suceeding in migrating here now..

your best bet is to talk to a lawyer in the field.. or try get a job here on secondment and once you are here try get a permanent work visa.. but i know laws have tightened right up now.. partly due to the number of illegals who break the rules constnatly..
