Ex partners want me to pay my share of business.?

Became 100% disabled and had to retire working, but was still an offercer in corp. I think that was there job to try to retire debts. as that is what employees do.

note is retired.

If this is a corporation, then the corporation is responsible. Did you relinquish your ownership rights when you retired? If not then you are still classified as an owner and thus would be responsible for some portion of debt if the company is unable to pay. Consult your lawyer before you go any farther

Legally, you're still responsible. Employees don't retire debts -- officers do.
