Business corporation question?

People who invest in a corporation are A. legally liable for the debts of the corporation beyond their investment in the shares B. not taxed on dividends. C. provided one vote regardless of the number of shares D. financially liable up to the amount originally invested.

An investor is not liable for corp debt, but his investment might become worthless--which is the limit of his potential loss.
Dividends ARE taxable.
He gets the number of votes represented by the number of share he owns. If you have 100 shares and I have 1000 shares, I get ten times as many votes.
