My wife's business has sucked us into bankruptcy. Will I ever be able to get a credit card again?

Some of the debt she incurred was on my cards, which will now be included in the bankruptcy.

Sure. Not a very exciting time in your life, but you have a lot of company. Me for instance. Filed a business BK and personal BK 8 years ago. After the BK is final you will be inundated with offers of credit cards. Some with not very good terms. Be careful. The reason they contact you is they know you cannot file BK for another seven years.
One suggestion I got from my attorney was to name and then to reinstate one of the cards. I did this with my American Express Card and I just kept using it through the BK and still use it today.

Not the end of the world. Good luck

Is your name on the business? Check into a Credit Repair Attorney. Some associations like these can do wonders for you. They take a monthly payment to clean up and repair your credit.

My mother had to declare bankruptcy after she got divorced. She got more credit card offers afterwards than before, though she was smart enough not to use them. I know you can at least start out with secured (prepaid) cards. When you establish a good payment history, they begin to extend you a line of credit for a larger and larger amount. It also depends on how much money you make. Credit can be repaired after a bankruptcy, but it takes time and good financial planning.
