What makes a person to be successful in any field of business?


Many are creating their own business nowadays,but few succeeded!Still,many are trying but fails.At the end,they haven't succeed;and many loans unpaid,and more debts to think!What is bad,their health is involve.
Giving some tips will help a lot of people,including me!Thanks!

One of the keys to being successful is that there will be failures. Many people give up while successful people learn from their failures. The odds are stacked against a business being successful.

One of the main keys is not to copy everyone else and be unique. This message needs to be marketed to the public. Advertising is nice but getting free publicity or word of mouth advertising is much more effective.

Set short term and long term goals and reward yourself.

Hire the best employees you can find, especially if they are smarter than you in certain areas.

Be open minded and listen to suggestions especially if they seem outraegous.

Treat your customers and employees right. Thank the customer for shopping your store. Praise employees for doing a great job.
