I'm 28 and in the midst of divorce-(a big part of why got behind on thingsand damaged credit) I own a home with the soon to be ex and we are selling it and paying off our debts. there is approx 30-40k equity. i looked into refi and buy her out and get her name off mortgage but due to the lower credit score the payment would be too much for me unless this business im working on gets going sooner than later...anyway this is getting to be much longer than I wanted it to be...the point is I need minimum 5k but preferebly 10k....if someone knows a easier way for me to get this done rather than going through a loan sharkit would be most appreciated!!!!!! I AM NOT ASKING FOR MONEY FROM ANYONE OTHER THAN A LEGIT FINANCE COMPANY....SO IF YOU COULD PLEASE REFER ME TO OR SIMPLY GIVE ADVICE ON A SMART WAY TO GO ABOUT IT THEN YOU CAN PUT YOUR CHECK BOOK AWAY Would you lend money to someone who asked on here?
