My workers bankrupted my small business i need help?

i had to go away on emergency for my mother who was very ill now when i came back my small service oriented business is bankrupt i am sure the supervisor took away all the money earned in electrical maintenence and a/c repairs. i just have bills and debt now my money is all gone and i have no property or even a house of my own what do i do? how do i revive the business my employees are bad mouthing my company to all my old clients :(

sorry to hear about it, people will do that to you if you gve them half a chance, see some replies here too. They condemn you for trusting your people.
