Small business collecting debt from another business..? |
My husband and I have a very small business and have a small outstanding debt from another business ($400). The amount isn't enough to go to small claims court over but what are my options to collect. Would a collector take on such a small amount. How do I go about reporting a business to the credit agencies if we never get our money? This is turning into a principle issue for me. don't you hate it when people owe you money and they won't pay? okay, here are your options: Some attorneys will work for a third of what they can collect |
