We would like to start a text-messaging business. What company can we partner with to provide this service?

We do not wish to invest in the hardware or software that is needed to provide this service. We would like to sell information via a third-party, perhaps as a profit-sharing venture. I am seeking the names and web addresses of any companies that provide this type of service.

My guess is that this won't be very profitable. Most cell phone companies already offer this, not just from phone-to-phone, but through a web portal.
