How to focus ,and manage my own business?

I have my own business and a normal eight hours job next ti it but some how cant find enough time to invest in my own business.

Once you start maikng enough money from your business, quit your job, but only when you are certain that you will be making more money from your business.

thank you Report It

if you get enough money by your own business ... leave the job right now and focus on your own business .

Yes, I have had the same situation for about two years. Not ready to quit my day job, and not enough time for the home business. Maybe you will be lucky enough to be laid off with a severance package or something like that to give you the time and security you need. Ha Ha. Otherwise try to balance your expectations and do what you can when you can.

If you decide to eventually quit your job and grow your home business, lenders will want to see at least two years tax returns, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, etc. So slow growth over time can be an advantage.

Keeping it small might not be a bad thing for now. If you overextend yourself, then later decide you want to go in a different direction, having a home based business that eats up all of your free time (and money) can be a real pain in the butt. Even worse, it can keep you from being able do other things that might be important for you.

If you have faith in yourself and the business then you may have to take a leap of faith to expand your business. See if your employer will let you work at reduced hours.

i am doing it now, its more of a time management issue
