Looking for Venture Capitalist to help fund a new business concept in India?

Me and few friends have come up with a great business concept that we are sure will be a great success. The problem is that we need at least Rs. 500,000,00 to start the business.

This is not an amount that we are able to rise on our on so we are looking at someone investing in our business. We have talked to a few investors and they have liked the idea and have taken time to think about it and get back to us. Two even agreed to invest upto Rs. 200,000,00 and asked us to find someone else for the rest of the money.

We are looking at one person in getting the investment form. Can someone help me in find a good VC or what are the steps that I must follow to get a good VC.

Any kind of help would be great.
