Right now I'm trying to raise money for an independant film that will be shot in Utah coming up this summer and I'm trying to find businesses and individuals willing to invest/purchase sponsorships and receive advertisement for their contributions.

Try bank and investor, first of all is to find a lawyer to pull connection as most lawyer earn commission for such transaction. However on your part, you need to ensure a full proposal with risk and profit calculation being done to make it look attractive and profitable.
