What to buy first - House or business?

We have a plan for a business. If we invest $100K in business we can not buy a house. And can not get finance for atleast 3 years because banks will ask balance sheets and profit sheets. If we start working and show the income we will be able to get finance to buy our first home. After some time if we buy/start a business and quit the job, We will have home and a business. But I can't make decision.Help me.
We live in Perth WA.

I would say it makes more sense to start/ buy the business first- that way, you can find an apartment or rental house, get the business started without all of the stress of moving into your new (permanent) home, and you will (hopefully) be making a profit from the business that can go toward savings to purchase a home. If you purchase the home first, I'm doubtful that it will be possible to either get the loan for the business anytime soon or save enough money on the side to start up the business anytime soon.

Sorry for the long answer- all in all, I think it's just better to live in a nice apartment home or rental house to save all the money you can before you buy a home....think of all the extra money that will be saved in the meantime for the opening of the business, and for purchasing things for your new home in the future!

if risk of your work is very small, start a business. else buy home.
see risk.
