Starting a business in Kerala? |
I am having more than 3 acres of land in a village at South Kerala (aprx 135 Km north from Trivandrum). I like to start a small scale business having a decent turnover. Inviting some good ideas as well as some partners to invest in business! As somebody has mentioned,if your small scale business is intensive labour oriented it is high risk to run.If it is not so you can so: It is better to make layout and sell and invest in a Bank and get interest. if u r not a kertalite, i would suggest to start no business in Kerala. As u know, labour problem is very high in Kerala and there would be many hindrances from numerous unions present in Kerala. They would not like any other state people to prosper in Kerala. If u r a Keraite, then u know the risks involved. You may look for real estate business which needs only a small capital. |
