Is magic kids a legit business?

hey every one. well i got this business opp in the mail a few yrs back. From a company call "Magic kids inc." but was skeptical.
but i wonder if it is the real deal and a good business to invest in. i went on the web to see if there were any complains but only found little to none. they seem legit.
if you have tried this opportunity with this co. please tell me about it!

It certainly sound like a scam.

According to the source, below, the first page of the letter says: "You pay me NOTHING, owe me NOTHING, UNLESS I make you money. Period!

But "on the last page they require a 'good faith deposit of just $147 complete' in order to become a distributor."

Any company that can't keep its facts straight in a single letter is not someone I would sent ANY money to.
