Whats the real catch w/ investors i know they can invest in money to open your business if they like it. but?

Here's "THE catch". They want to be re-paid on-time or ahead-of-time EVERY time with interest WITHOUT ANY EXCUSES.

When applying for the loan, you MUST have a business plan for investors to refer to and for them to compare to other like-businesses.

Just in case you default or don't pay, you MUST pledge just about every one of your personal possessions and assets.
