Hey fello's, Can anyone suggest what could be the best business in India, with a min invest (3-4 lakhs)?

If you see Indian economy, the best business or may be only business left will be Either Retail ( Big ) , Service and Agriculture. Since all the middle level business will vanish in a year or two, so start something on Agriculture or Service related.

the economy may rise or fall but ppl wont starve. so buddy the best industry for a business with ur investment is the food industry. open a small snack corner like sandwiches, grills, and other quick snacks you will suerly get returns. besides just you will always be free for other activities as most snack resto are active after late noons. well this is a sure shot plan to work in any place in india.

hotel or restaurant,because our people every good variety of food and snacks.

Besides the money i guess you also have office / showroom space consider being a franchisee which offers good returns.
