First of all write a business plan, it will take this before anyone remotely interested in investing in your business will take you seriously.

After that arrange to show it to bank in town, it is unlikely that they will give you the loan, but if they do congratulations. When they turn you down, ask them why they did and make corrections to your presentation accordingly.

When you have a fine tuned presentation arrange meeting with weathly friends, professionals (dentists, doctors, attorneys). After presenting to them and if they turn you down ask them for a two or three people that may be interested in investing.
