I'm going to sell herbs crossbred to look and smell like marijuana. I have different species to mimic different types of weed. What about EBAY?

Ebay has strict rules on what can be sold in their auctions, and its members are always vigilant in reporting breach of the TOS and abuse. A product that smells and looks like marijuana may be in the gray area (or make that very gray area).

You can try offering it on eBay and see if it is something that will be accepted. But if not, then make sure you don't post it again or you can be kicked out from eBay.

You may stand a better chance if you offer your own storefront -- until someone complains to the FTC or your webhost. If your webhost thinks your product is not acceptable, they can pull down your website without warning.
