Is there any internet business that really works? im looking for a business that i can invest but not a scam.?

As with any business, please check the company's history and track record, the integrity of the leaders, the profitability, the diversity in the products and services available, and the legal aspects (Better Business Bureau, Dunn & Bradstreet, Federal Trade Commission). Do not ever follow the advice of people who have never been involved in a business or who was involved in a business but quit. Seek answers from those who know what they're talking about, that have the lifestyle you want to have, and are willing to help you accomplish your dreams and goals.

It's not a pure internet business, but it can be done from home. My sister-in-law does it as an employee, working from home.

Hahaha... an internet chatroom is probably the worst place to look into business ideas for the internet.

Every answer so far was from someone referring you to something where they will profit from you joining.

Go to the store and buy Entrepreneur magazine. Even better subscribe to it.

Besides the great articles on running small businesses, there is a listing in the back of hundreds of franchises you can buy (many of them are internet based).

Find one that fits you and that you'd enjoy doing.

Do what you love, and money will usually follow.

On a separate note, avoid multi-level marketing stuff. Pushing some product on your friends is a great way to ensure you have no friends...
