What small business can one invest in in Nigeria with capital up to one million local currency?

I mean small business that will return steady income, and enough for teh owner to stop working for somepne else. Serious answers, please.

Sorry, I don't know the exchange rate or buying power of one million in Nigerian currency... in $USD that would be plenty of cash to buy a substantial business, with money left over.
