Home based business for disabled?

i am legally disabled my arms have had multiple surgeries and nerve damage but work, as long as I avoid super heavy lifting or repetitive motion, and I havent much money , is there a way to do a home based business thats not some multi level scam or many of hundreds of "work for our internet company" scams, but legitimate suggestions for how I could start a homebased business that wont kill my arms or rip me off and cost a lot of cash investment since I dont have much.

i know a lot of people in your position choose to do ebay stores for people. ie they post stuff on ebay for others and take care of shipping and everything and just take a little off the top.
