What type of business to start?????

I am a 24 yr old with a MBA in health care administration and would like to start my own business. I am conservative with my finances and would like to start something with little start up costs (under 100k). I have been considering an ambulette business but it seems my area has a plentiful supply of these. Do you have any suggestions?

I have nearly 2 years experience in an outpatient setting.

why dont u start working first? to gain some job experience?
