How do I start a bed and breakfast/lodge business? Any recommendations?

I am seeking advice for the financing of a bed and breakfast/lodge business. I have 10 acres of picturesque land in Park Co, Colorado. It is less than a mile to the border of Pike national forest, an hour's drive from skiing in Breckenridge, and about an hour from Colorado Springs.
Will a commercial loan work for the cost of building? Is there a way for a small business loan to cover costs of furnishing the building and marketing expenses to get started?
