The first thing you have to do is have a clear vision of your business -- what it is, what you will sell, to whom, how much they will pay, who the competition is, etc etc etc.

Then you need to write a business plan that covers all of these details and write the business plan in a way that shows investors that you will make a lot of money.

Then you have to show that business plan to lots of potential investors.
