How to write a finance statement in a business plan? |
I am looking a shop lot space in a shopping centre for open a women apparel boutique. But every leasing dept. under the shopping centre are asked me for the company profils.Yes i did prepare it, but there is a component part about the "financial "-(cash flow, income and balance sheet statement) i have not idea how to write it? They are asking you for this information for your proposed business in order for them to assess the stability, viability, profitability, and worthiness of your business. Since you haven't had a business previously, the shopping centre is going to be most concerned with your personal finances right now so that can determine if you will meet the terms of any lease you enter into. So you need to prepare personal financial statements. Now, they may also want to see projected financial statements for the next 2-3 years for your proposed business. |
