How to obtain finance for small business?

I have a small business and want obtain abaoaut Rs. 2 lacs for smoothly running it. I cannot complete bank formalities. What are the other avenues for getting this support?

bank is the best way as all other means will result in higher rates of interest and several other problems.

Hope that you are in a legally permitted business. You also want to avoid approaching to any type of bank including Rural/Grameen/Co-operative Banks etc.Does it mean that your business is not viable? Let us hope it is feasible.

Still if you think your project is likely to generate profit and repayment is not going to be a problem form a co-operative society and work as a team.Let all the members contribute and become owners of business.You take initiative and be a manager .

If project is medium size go for partnership wherein partners can contribute finance and you can manage.

If it is big enough go for a private limited company with investment from individuals as directors.You be the MD.

The other avenues for getting finance are not going to help a legal business model.

If you cannot mention what is your business and what for you want finance and by what time you will be able to repay the loan, even your dearest (rich) friend also cannot help you in lakhs. When you seek some guidance from others, you should provide the basic data required.
