Okay ...I need help !!!! Can Anyone with a finance/business/banking background answer my question?

I am applying for a job with a Bank in their private banking area. They want to know why I have decided to work in this field and have to show them some strong , logical and valid reasons for choosing to work in this area. I have to type up the answer and submit it via online. They have asked me to do research and then start writing on it.

I am a recent graduate and really do not know much about the private banking field and the career outlook in this segment.
It will be a great help if anyone can help me answer the question.
