Economics, Finance, International Business . . . career?

When I graduate in 2011, I'll have a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics and Finance with a minor in International Business. I speak English and Spanish, and I'm learning Portuguese. I would like to work for one of the agencies in the intelligence community, but if that doesn't work out, what else is there... If anyone has any career suggestions for my selected studies, please let me know.

I do plan on continuing my education with a Masters and Doctorate.

I've got a BSBA in finance and international business, and a MS in Foreign Service, with a proficiency in Japanese. I've been employed in finance since graduation.

Sounds like you're off to a good start. That academic background can help you get jobs in a number of areas.

No reason you can't try for a job in intelligence. If you want to go on to a PhD, then a gov't job, academia, a think tank / research center, or a highly specialized job in finance will be your best bet. You definitely don't need all that education to be a professional in more common areas of finance such as sales, trading (unless a derivatives trader), operations, credit, etc.

Academics isn't everything -- nearly all employers want to see some work experience. Look for an internship. If you want intelligence, see if you can apply for a summer program in any one of the agencies. It's more important to get some experience than the perfect experience, though, so cast your net wider than you would for a full time job.

The languages will definitely come in handy no matter what you do. Latin America has a lot of business and growth, so your languages will be particularly useful.
