Where can I get financing for a car wash in Canada? I am currently trying to buy an existing business.?

I've tried talking to several banks, which just shoo me out the door. I've been advised that good will can not be financed... I'm looking for some information that can either lead me in the right direction or provide me with a solid answer. Thank you all in advance.

Check with your bank? Even if they won't finance your acquisition, they might point you in the right direction.
