If I have US B1/B2 visa, am I considered as US resident and can I take 100% financing in bank for business?

I live in US now

You are not a US resident. B1/B2 are visitor status. As for financing from a bank, that would depend on the bank and how much balance you have. Banks do finance non residents but policy varies from bank to bank.

NO, you're not a US resident. B1/B2, although allowing your multiple entry to the USA, does not grant you US residency.

Conducting business under the B1/B2 visa is breaching the terms and conditions of your visa. Also, banks are not going to give you 100% business financing unless your forecasts are good and they are convinced you know what you're doing, plus you will need to have collateral attached against your assets within USA, not assets abroad.

There are so many things wrong with what you are comtemplating on doing. If I knew you , I'd be calling I.C.E to come get you and deport you. No worries, though, I don't think any bank will be giving you 100% financing, let alone any financing because of the kind of visa you have.

So, you might want to get a permanent US residency visa or a visa that allows you to perform a business as your source of income in the USA. Talk to an immigration lawyer in the US, to help you with this and other info.

NB: it is possible to change your b1/b2 visa to another visa. Get a lawyer to help you. Also, you could apply for the green-card lottery at the end of the year.
