If I have US B1/B2 visa, am I considered as US resident and can I take 100% financing in bank for business? |
I live in US now You are not a US resident. B1/B2 are visitor status. As for financing from a bank, that would depend on the bank and how much balance you have. Banks do finance non residents but policy varies from bank to bank. NO, you're not a US resident. B1/B2, although allowing your multiple entry to the USA, does not grant you US residency. |
