Do you need capital for your business? Easy financing. Not a bank!?

I鈥檓 here trolling these forums because I have seen WAY too many small business owners BEGGING for money. I work for a fairly new (9 years old) company. We are a credit card factoring company. We were the first, and we are the best, and largest. We funded more than $500,000,000 directly to small-medium sized businesses last year.
These are the problems I鈥檝e seen small business owners face in their search for finance.<br>
Government grant- We鈥檝e all heard of these.. Has anyone ever seen one? Didn鈥檛 think so. Heres what I hear all the time-
鈥淭hey said my business was too small鈥? I鈥檓 thinking you have to be in with the oil crowd to receive government money. <br>

Small business loans-
I worked in the banking industry for 5 years. About 4 years too long. All I saw was headaches as far as small business loans. There are only a few banks out there. Out of those few some of them think that small business loans should start at a million dollars. They also think you should have liquid assets. ? IF

depending on the type of bussiness you are going into i would say you need some capital. I started a small construction company, and the only capital i needed was for insurance and licenses. The reason I did'nt need a lot of capital was that i did labor bibs only and required a payment every friday. If the customer wanted me to pick up material then they would give me cash or a check which i kept in my bussiness acct. and at the end i would turn over bills and balance if any.
